Kwesi Haynes
Kwesi Haynes is a builder, mentor, and advocate committed to unlocking potential where others may overlook it. Drawing from over 15 years of experience leading youth initiatives in New York City, he founded Thought Achievers to bridge the gap between talent and access for high-performing, underrepresented middle school students. With a deep understanding of community needs and a visionary approach to equity, Kwesi brings together civic voice, creative expression, and academic readiness to prepare the next generation of leaders.

About Us
Our Story
Thought Achievers was born from a real-life journey — one that started with a parent seeking the best for his high-achieving daughter. After she earned admission to top-tier independent high schools, it became clear that many other gifted, underrepresented students in NYC were being overlooked — not due to talent, but due to lack of access, exposure, and support.
That experience sparked a movement.
Thought Achievers was created to bridge that gap — equipping middle school students with the tools to unlock their full potential, find their voice, and build the confidence to lead.
Projects
Current Initiatives
Our current initiatives include programs that promote Civic Voice Development, Artistic Expression, STEM Innovation, and Test Readiness among middle school students. We focus on enhancing leadership skills, fostering self-expression, and boosting academic confidence. These programs are designed to empower gifted students from underrepresented backgrounds, providing them with the necessary resources to excel.
